अन्य ट्रेन दुर्घटनाएं: अन्य सभी दुर्घटनाएं जो परिणामी(consequential) रेल दुर्घटनाओं की परिभाषा के अंतर्गत शामिल नहीं हैं उन्हें अन्य ट्रेन दुर्घटनाओं के रूप में माना जाना चाहिए। इनमें बी -5, बी -6, सी -5 से सी -8, डी -5 और ई -2 श्रेणियों के तहत दुर्घटनाएं शामिल हैं।

Other Train Accidents: All other accidents which are not covered under the definition of consequential train accidents are to be treated as other train accidents. These include accidents under categories B-5, B-6, C-5 to C-8, D-5 and E-2.

यार्ड दुर्घटनाएं: यार्ड में होने वाली सभी दुर्घटनाएं जिनमें ट्रेन शामिल नहीं होती है उन्हें यार्ड दुर्घटनाओं के रूप में जाना जाता है। इनमें ए -5, बी -7, सी-9 और डी -6 श्रेणियों के तहत आने वाली दुर्घटनाएं शामिल हैं।

Yard Accidents: All accidents that take place in yard and which do not involve a train are termed as yard accidents. These include accidents falling under categories A-5, B-7, C-9 and D-6.

संकेतक(Indicative) दुर्घटनाएं: वास्तविक शब्दों में यह दुर्घटनाएं नहीं हैं, लेकिन गंभीर संभावित खतरे हैं। निम्न सभी दुर्घटनाओं को इसमे शामिल करते हैं: a) उल्टा टकराव(Averted collision) (वर्गीकरण - एफ) b) ब्लॉक नियमों का उल्लंघन(Breach of block rules) (वर्गीकरण - जी) c) खतरे सिग्नल में गुजरने वाले ट्रेन (वर्गीकरण - एच)

Indicative Accidents: In real terms they are not accidents, but serious potential hazards and include all cases of: a) Averted collision (Classification – F) b) Breach of block rules (Classification – G) c) Train passing signal at danger (Classification – H)
